Dr. Wiemer is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Dalhousie University and an emergency physician in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is the Nova Scotia provincial co-lead for the Canadian COVID-19 Emergency Department Rapid Response Network (CCEDRRN) and the Canadian Emergency Department Research Network (CEDRN). Dr. Wiemer also serves as a physician reviewer for the Nova Scotia Health Research Ethics Board. Her research interests include Procedural Sedation and Analgesia, Medical Education, and Women’s Health.
