I’m a Critical Care Paramedic and Clinical Educator at the Halifax Infirmary, where I focus on advancing paramedic practice through clinical excellence, education, and research. My work is driven by a passion for improving patient outcomes and expanding the scope of paramedic practice through innovation and evidence-based approaches.
My research interests include the use of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) to enhance paramedic skills and assessment. I’m also deeply engaged in exploring best practices in airway management and procedural sedation, with the goal of optimizing safety and effectiveness in emergency settings.
I’m committed to bridging clinical practice with academic inquiry, and I believe in the power of research to shape the future of paramedicine.
