Dr. Aaron Sibley
Dr.
Sibley is the Research Director for the Division of Paramedicine at the University of Prince Edward Island and the Prince Edward Island Emergency Medicine Research Group (PEIEMRG). He completed medical school at Dalhousie University and subsequently received specialty training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Alberta. Further, he completed sub-specialty training in Emergency Medicine Services. Dr. Sibley is currently a staff physician at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Dalhousie University.
Dr. Sibley teaches paramedicine students evidence-based practice in pre-hospital medicine. Dr. Sibley’s current research interests include the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Disaster and Prehospital medicine as well as paramedic interventions in critical care transports. He is a reviewer to the Canadian Journal of Emergency Medicine and the Dalhousie Department of Emergency Medicine Cureus Channel. He teaches paramedicine students evidence-based practice in pre-hospital medicine.
