Shift Diary
Over the course of each term, EMReVs will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of experiences, many of which could potentially serve as the basis for future personal statements and serve as resource from which to draw when interviewers ask about past clinical experiences. Shift Diaries are the tool that interns will use in order to record these interactions for posterity to better prepare them for future endeavors. Furthermore, this will serve as a way for the coordinators and physicians to better understand each interns’s contributions to the program and their growth over the course of their involvement in the Emergency Department.
